First up, was the Annual Landstar Agent Convention in Marco Island, FL. This event is an annual gathering that welcomes Landstar agents from around the country. As a key logistics partner, we were entrusted with the responsibility of transporting all the stage and lighting for the annual event with our entertainment BCO Baylin. Our fleet of experienced drivers safely delivered the equipment, ensuring that the convention’s attendees would be treated to a seamless entertainment experience.

Our involvement didn’t stop at the Landstar Agent Convention. We also played a crucial role in the NFL Draft held in Kansas City. As the NFL’s premier event for team selections, the draft required a massive stage setup to accommodate players, coaches, and eager fans. RTC’s fleet of 20 high-capacity trucks efficiently transported the truss structure, impressive lighting equipment, and state-of-the-art sound systems to the venue.
